Shipping and Delivery Policy

This page explains how Zooo Nutrition V.O.F. processes and ships orders, which estimated delivery times apply, and what you can do in the event of delay, damage, or an undeliverable parcel. Current shipping costs are always shown at checkout before payment.

1. Order processing

• The Netherlands and Belgium: orders placed and paid for on a business day before 23:00 and in stock are normally processed on the same business day and delivered on the next business day.
• Other countries: orders placed and paid for on a business day before 21:00 and in stock are normally shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after these times, at weekends, or on a Dutch public holiday are normally processed on the next business day.

A cut-off time is a target for processing and not a guaranteed delivery time. Processing may take longer during promotions, peak periods, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or disruptions.

2. Shipping costs and free shipping

The exact shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight, dimensions, selected delivery method, and any surcharges. You will see the available options and the final amount before confirming the order with an obligation to pay.

• The Netherlands and Belgium: free standard shipping from €50.
• Other available countries: free standard shipping from €99.

The checkout determines whether the threshold has been reached based on the subtotal shown at checkout, generally after discounts and excluding shipping costs. Free shipping applies to the designated standard method. A surcharge for a different, expedited, or special delivery method may still apply if shown in advance.

3. Estimated delivery times

The periods below are normal estimates in business days after dispatch. They are not guarantees. Remote areas, islands, customs, peak demand, and local public holidays may cause additional delays.

4. Carriers and tracking

Depending on the country, parcel size, and delivery method, we ship via PostNL, DHL, or bpost. Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track-and-trace link after processing. It may take several hours before the carrier displays the first scan.

A status of “registered” usually means that the label has been created; the carrier may not yet have scanned the parcel. Please also check your spam folder if you do not see a shipping confirmation.

5. Changing the delivery address

Please check the address carefully before payment. If you need to correct an error, contact us immediately at info@zooonutrition.com. We will try to make the change before fulfilment, but cannot guarantee this once the warehouse or carrier has processed the order.

If an address error is attributable to us, we will correct it at no cost. If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable additional costs for a new delivery attempt or return may apply, as explained in section 8.

6. Delayed or missing parcel

First check the track-and-trace information, any delivery photo or notification, your letterbox, safe place, and neighbours. Has the estimated delivery time passed, or has tracking stopped without explanation? Send your order number to info@zooonutrition.com. We will contact the carrier where necessary and keep you informed.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the contract was concluded. Your statutory rights in the event of late or non-delivery remain fully applicable. A carrier investigation does not restrict those rights.

7. Damaged, opened, or incomplete parcel

In the event of visible damage, a missing product, or a parcel that appears to have been opened, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of:

• the outside of the packaging and the shipping label;
• the inside and protective materials;
• the damaged or missing product.

Keep the packaging and contents until we confirm that this is no longer necessary. If a product is delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no cost and pay the necessary return costs.

8. Uncollected, refused, or undeliverable parcel

Simply refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please also inform us by means of a clear statement.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect it and you still want delivery, we will resend it once free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. If a subsequent delivery attempt also fails, we may charge the actual additional shipping and return costs incurred, insofar as this is reasonable and legally permitted.

If the error is ours or the carrier’s, these additional costs will of course not be charged to you. Your right of withdrawal and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Customs, import VAT, and charges

For delivery within the European Union, the recipient normally does not owe import duties. For the United Kingdom or other countries outside the EU, import VAT, customs charges, or administrative fees may apply. Where possible, checkout shows which amounts are included. If charges were not collected at checkout, the carrier or customs authority may collect them from the recipient.

Customs checks may delay delivery. The recipient is responsible for providing information lawfully required by local customs. Before an order is placed, we do not guarantee that a specific product may be imported into every country; we restrict the available countries and products where necessary.

10. Risk and ownership

The risk of loss or damage remains with Zooo Nutrition until you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have physically received the parcel. A carrier’s delivery notification may constitute evidence, but is not conclusive in every case. Therefore, please notify us if a parcel marked as delivered has not been received.
