Delivery Schedule:

• Weekday Orders: Order from Monday to Friday before 11:00 PM in the Netherlands and before 8:30 PM in Belgium, and we aim to deliver your order the next day.
• Weekend Orders: All orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

Shipping Costs:

• Free Delivery: For orders over €50.
• Standard Delivery: For orders under €50, a small shipping fee applies. The exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Product Shipping:

• Beargymmies: Delivered as a letterbox package, ensuring faster and more convenient delivery.
• Other Products: Packaging will be adjusted to the size of your order to guarantee safe delivery.

Delivery Times:

• Delivery Hours: Delivery normally takes place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Delays: Although we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances & stock shortages. In such cases, we will inform you immediately, and the estimated delivery time is always indicated for each product on our website.
