Zooo Nutrition Return Policy

Right to Return

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating any reasons. If you decide to return the products, you must do so within 14 days of cancellation.

Non-returnable products

Products that have been opened or have their seal broken are excluded from returns due to hygiene and health protection.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@zooonutrition.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Return form: You will receive a return form via email.
3. Packing: Fill out the return form and include it with your return package. Pack the products carefully and clearly write the return number on the box.
4. Shipping: Drop off the package at a PostNL point and request proof of shipment, which you should keep safe.

Cost of Returns

The direct costs for returning the goods are at your expense.
These costs typically range between 3-10 euros.

Please note: we charge €5.95 for uncollected packages, incorrect address information, or orders refused at the door. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refund

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. However, we will await the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that they have been returned, whichever comes first.

When will you receive your money back?

Once your return has been processed, it will take up to five business days for you to receive your money back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty, which means that a product must meet what can reasonably be expected of it.
