I’ve been a very bad sleeper for years. Because my son uses BearGymmies and he told me to taste how delicious the gymmies are, I started researching whether it was safe to take them (mistrustful as I am 🙈☺️). Fortunately, it’s completely safe, so I started taking them primarily for post-workout results.
